Eric was born in Phoenix and spent most of his adult life here. He also lived in the bay area of California were he graduated from Acalanes High School. He also lived in Jacksonville Florida for 4 years where he got is Bachelors in Business administration from The University of north Florida. His first roles after college focused on sales, marketing and construction project/management roles. Working for Sharp, Waste Management, JBN industrial fence and Paddock pools. He started in real esate full time in 2008, he cut his teeth working as an acquisition agent for a large California based firm, where he helped find manage, using his experience in several construction related roles prior to becoming an agent, and then market and sell the rennovated homes. 

Eric has been serving his clients in real estate as an agent since 2008 with a focus on off-market properties, investors, and homeowner selling strategies. His focus with 72SOLD is getting clients the absolute most money for their home. When not assisting his amazing clients, he dedicates his time to his two daughters Daarrelle and Hannah, his yoga practiceand personal training He loves dogs, and all animals he even has a rabbit for his girls named Paws. He prioritizes his daughters and enjoys the process of helping them grow into and become confident and successful women.
