Eric is awesome! We were working with a difficult time line and had an unfortunate scenario that delayed our home sale but Eric stayed dedicated to getting us the best price for our home! After our initial buyer fell through, Eric had 7 showings lined up the first day back on market with 6 more the next day leading to a sale worth considerably more than we had originally gone under contract for. Eric was always available to answer questions and guide us in the right direction with the sale of our home! Overall a tremendous experience!
